GENERAL BILL by Ogles
Procurement of Personal Property; prohibits state agencies from purchasing printer or duplication cartridges on which specified restrictions have been placed; authorizes state agencies to purchase printer or duplication cartridges from manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, & remanufacturers who establish specified recycling or remanufacturing programs; requires state agencies to provide specified notice to bidders; requires DMS to adopt rules, etc. Creates 287.047.
