Adverse Determinations in Medicine; revise definitions of terms "practice of medicine" & "practice of osteopathic medicine" to include within scope of such practices rendering of adverse determination; restricts rendering of said determinations by certain managed care organizations to certain physicians re certain services; requires notifications of adverse determinations by such organizations to include info. concerning appeal process for such determinations, etc. Amends FS.
