HB 921: Local Option Fuel Taxes/Counties
GENERAL BILL by Smith
Local Option Fuel Taxes/Counties; provides that proceeds of additional tax on motor fuel for county transportation systems which counties are authorized to levy may be used for paving of graded roads under certain conditions. Amends 336.025.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
