SB 932: Sales Tax Registration Fee

GENERAL BILL by Sebesta

Sales Tax Registration Fee; repeals specified provision which imposes additional annual registration fee on dealers who have taxable sales or purchases of $30,000 or more, & specified provision which provides for deposit of proceeds of such fees in Solid Waste Management Trust Fund; amends specific provisions for sole purpose of conforming cross-references. Repeals 212.18(5),.20(6)(d); amends 212.20, 218.65, 288.1169.
