New Motor Vehicle Damage Disclosure; creates part VI of Consumer Protection law; prescribes duty of motor vehicle manufacturers & dealers to disclose & repair certain damage to motor vehicles; apportions liability for certain damage & repairs; prescribes duties of dealers re cooperation with manufacturers; provides remedies for purchasers of damaged motor vehicles, including injunctive relief & attorney's fees; provides penalties, etc. Creates 501.98; amends 320.27.
