West Manatee Fire & Rescue District; (Manatee Co.) merges Anna Maria Fire Control District & Westside Fire Control District to create new district; creates & establishes independent special fire control district to be known as West Manatee Fire & Rescue District; establishes boundaries; provides authority to levy ad valorem taxes & maximum millage that is authorized therefor; provides for impact fees; provides authority to issue, & procedures for issuing, bonds by district, etc.
