Florida Animal Enterprise Act; renames Florida Animal Enterprise Protection Act as Florida Animal Enterprise Act; revises definition of "animal enterprise"; prohibits harmful or abusive treatment of any elephant; prohibits specified restraint or confinement of elephant, knowingly making elephant available to be ridden during circus or traveling show, & importation into state of elephant under specified circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 828.
