Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction; creates "Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction & Enforcement Act"; provides application to Indian tribes; provides international application of act; provides effect of child custody determination; provides priority for questions of jurisdiction under act; provides for communication between courts of this state & courts of other states; repeals provisions re "Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act", etc. Amends FS.
