Dangerous Dogs; revises provisions re classifying dogs as dangerous; authorizes local animal control authorities to classify dogs as dangerous; provides that hearing to challenge finding of sufficient cause may be evidentiary hearing in county court or administrative hearing; authorizes local governmental authorities to impose more stringent requirements upon said dog owners, etc. Amends 767.12,.13,.14.
