Public Records/Surplus Lines Ins.; abrogates repeal of exemption from public-records requirements for certain surplus lines insurance information submitted to Insurance Dept. or available for inspection by dept.; expands exemption to apply to certain surplus lines insurance information submitted to Fla. Surplus Lines Service Office; specifies that exemption applies to information specific to particular policy or policyholder, etc. Amends 626.921.
