GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Bronson
Water Resources; requires DEP to adopt primary & secondary drinking water regulations for nontransient noncommunity water systems & transient noncommunity water systems; authorizes dept. to make loans to nonprofit transient noncommunity water systems; provides continuing education requirements for water well contractors; authorizes said contractors to install & repair certain equipment on water systems, etc. Amends Ch. 403, 373.323,.324.
