Media Accuracy & Fairness Act; creates said act; provides circumstances under which person may maintain civil action for defamation; provides procedure re disclosure of evidence or falsity re alleged defamatory statement; provides requirements for timely & sufficient correction or clarification; provides requirements & procedure re offer to correct or clarify prior to trial, etc. Creates 770.011; repeals 770.01,.02.
