Homestead Exemption/65 & Older; amends certain provision which allows counties & municipalities to grant such exemption; provides requirements re taxpayer's statement of household income & supporting documents; revises submission date for such documents; authorizes random audits of such statements; provides requirements re release of tax information to property appraiser. Amends 196.075.
