Tobacco Settlement; deletes requirement of prior approval of Legislature for sale of all or part of state's right, title, & interest in & to tobacco settlement agreement & for issuance of bonds by Tobacco Settlement Financing Corporation which are payable from & secured by tobacco settlement proceeds; changes amounts to be transferred to Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund from Banking & Finance Dept. Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund. Amends 17.41, 215.56005,.5601.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
