Hurricane Loss Projection Method; limits authority of insurers to use findings of Fla. Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology in rate filing under specified provision; provides that such findings are not admissible & relevant in consideration by DOI of rate filing unless department has access to all factors & assumptions used in developing standards or models, etc. Amends 627.0628; repeals 627.062(6).
