Real Estate Brokers; expands definition of term "broker"; specifies additional actions for which Florida Real Estate Commission may institute disciplinary action; prohibits specified breach of fiduciary duties & provides penalties therefor, etc. Amends 475.01,.25,.42; reenacts 468.383(7), 475.25(1)(h),.274.
