Correctional Work Programs/Operation; revises provisions re leased or managed work programs to conform to current operations & applications; provides legislative findings re fulfillment of important state interest; provides for participation by corporation board of directors in state group health insurance & prescription drug coverage programs; provides for fee; provides terms & conditions for enrollment; provides for rules, etc. Amends Ch. 946, 957.04; creates 946.525.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
