GENERAL BILL by Miller ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wiles

Department of State/Registry; authorizes Dept. of State to waive certain advertising requirements; specifies Fla. Secured Transaction Registry as place for certain filings; provides that failure to provide certain consular notification shall not be defense in criminal proceeding or cause for release of foreign national from custody; direct DCA & Dept. of State to conduct study of lighthouses in state, etc. Amends 15.16, 288.816, 679.401, 901.26; creates 679.4015. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
