Corporate Income Tax; provides credit against tax for businesses that donate qualified computer equipment to public elementary or secondary school, community college, area technical center, or university; provides for determination of amount of credit; provides duties of DOE; provides for rules; provides for order of credits against tax. Creates 220.187; amends 220.02.
