Industrial Partnership Professorship; establishes industrial partnership professorship program within State University System; provides that certain professorships shall be established by contract; provides for contribution by sponsoring corporations; provides credit against corporate income tax for contributions made by sponsoring corporation; provides for future repeal of specified provisions, etc. Creates 240.6065, 220.192; amends 220.02.,13.
