SB 1184: Education/Student Assessment
GENERAL BILL by Mitchell
Education/Student Assessment; amends provision re statewide student assessment program; provides that only continuously enrolled students are to be included in determining school performance grades; provides that school's exceeding state averages for attendance, parental involvement, or dropout rates will increase school's grade; provides weighted factors that must be used in determining school's performance grade category. Amends 229.57.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
