Brownfield Redevelopment Incentives; provides definitions; provides that county that constructs, renovates, or expands significant new facility on a qualifying brownfield site is entitled to sales tax increment rebate; requires such county to submit certain information to DOR; provides for certification of county by dept.; provides for rules; provides for use of rebate funds; provides requirements re certain excess funds, etc. Amends 376.84, 212.20; creates 186.5053.
