GENERAL BILL by Webster ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Crimes/Using Two-way Communications; provides that use of two-way communications device to facilitate or further commission of any felony offense is felony of third degree; amends provision re Criminal Punishment Code to rank offense of unlawfully using two-way communications device on offense severity ranking chart. Creates 934.215; amends 921.0022.
