Local Tax/Property Address Database; provides immunity from liability by insurer for certain taxes, interest, & penalties under certain circumstances; provides for fine for failing to exercise due diligence; requires DOR to develop, maintain, & update electronic database for certain property addresses for certain purposes; requires participating local taxing jurisdictions to provide certain information to dept. for such purposes, etc. Amends 624.509.
