GENERAL BILL by Andrews
Taxation/New Product Development; provides for licensing of certain products or technologies by donor companies to receiving companies for production & marketing; provides duties of such companies & of Enterprise Florida, Inc.; provides requirements for product development agreements; provides for credit against corporate income tax for donor companies; provides for determination of amount of credit by Enterprise Florida, Inc., & notification to DOR, etc. Amends Ch. 220; creates 288.907.
