Public Student Assistance Grant; creates Florida Public Student Assistance Grant program for part-time students; provides for rulemaking by State Board of Education; provides purpose; provides eligibility criteria; requires participating institutions to report certain information to DOE; requires department to allocate to public postsecondary institutions funds to be distributed under this program. Creates 240.401.
