GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; King

Financial Institutions; removes requirement that written demand be delivered as requirement for certain recoveries on worthless checks, drafts, or orders of payment; provides criteria for formation of banker's bank; revises application approval criteria re limitations on certain capital accounts & experience of certain officers; prescribes survivorship rights among beneficiaries of pay-on-death accounts, etc. Amends Chs. 655, 658, 663, 68.065.
