Florida Forever Program Trust Fund; re-creates Florida Forever Program Trust Fund within Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission without modification; carries forward current balances & continues current sources & uses thereof; repeals provision which provides for future termination of trust fund. Repeals 20.3315(3).
