GENERAL BILL by Johnson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Slosberg
School Transportation Act of 2001; creates said act; requires provision of public transportation for students subjected to hazardous walking conditions whose grade level does not exceed grade 8, rather than grade 6; revises determinations of student membership for purposes of funds for student transportation to include students subjected to hazardous walking conditions whose grade level does not exceed grade 8, rather than grade 6. Amends 234.01, 236.083.
