GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller

Nonresidential Tenancies; removes exemption from liens for rent; amends provision re judgments with respect to removal of tenant; provides that court shall advance any hearings re issues of possession on its calendar; directs clerk of court to include certain information in summons for actions of possession; provides that court shall advance certain hearings on its calendar. Amends 83.09,.231,.232.
