DUI; provides minimum term of imprisonment for any person convicted of DUI; provides third degree felony penalty for third conviction of DUI within 10 years after first of two or more convictions; provides minimum fine & minimum mandatory term of imprisonment; revises Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart to conform, etc. Amends 316.193, 921.0022.
