JOINT RESOLUTION by Posey
Taxes/Limitations; constitutional amendment to require that any law that imposes tax, fee, penalty, or fine, expands tax base, increases tax rate, fee, penalty, or fine, or repeals exemption from tax, fee, penalty, or fine be enacted in separate bill by three-fifths vote of each house of Legislature. Amends s. 1, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
