GENERAL BILL by Posey
Department of State (RAB); authorizes dept. to adopt rules to administer laws conferring duties upon it; authorizes dept. to prescribe rules for filing papers to qualify as candidate for federal, state, county, or district office; authorizes dept. to adopt rules for preparing & mailing absentee ballots to electors who are overseas; authorizes dept. to adopt procedures for reporting unmarked human burial & determining jurisdiction of burial, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
