GENERAL BILL by Gelber
Youthful Offenders/Facilities; redefines term "youthful offender" to include any inmate under specified age; requires that DOC continuously screen its institutions, facilities, & programs for presence of inmates who are under that specified age; requires that DOC classify & assign any such offender as youthful offender; provides for inmates under specified age to be housed in youthful offender facilities, etc. Amends 958.03,.11, 944.17.
