SB 1424: Real Estate Professionals

GENERAL BILL by Posey

Real Estate Professionals; provides exception to provisions governing return of escrowed personal property; requires supervisors of registered assistant real estate appraisers to sign appraisals & make certain disclosures; requires registered assistant real estate appraisers to be supervised by licensed or certified appraisers; prohibits direct payments for services to registered assistant real estate appraisers with supervising appraiser's agreement, etc. Amends Ch. 475.
