GENERAL BILL by Byrd ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murman

Cardiac Arrest Survival Act; creates said act; provides definitions; provides immunity from liability for certain persons who use automated external defibrillators under certain circumstances; provides exceptions; repeals provision re Good Samaritan Act, to delete reference to use of automatic external defibrillator in certain emergency situations; revises provision of law re said defibrillators to conform to act. Creates 768.1325; amends 401.2915; repeals 768.13(4).
