SB 1440: Passengers of Vehicles
GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Passengers of Vehicles; prohibits certain persons from riding on exterior of passenger vehicle or in areas not designed or intended for use of passengers on certain vehicles; prohibits certain minors from riding within body of pickup truck or flatbed truck; provides exceptions; provides penalties; authorizes counties & municipalities to exempt themselves from such prohibition. Amends 316.2015,.008.
