CS/SB 1458: Public Records/Insurer Receiverships
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Klein
Public Records/Insurer Receiverships; exempts certain records that come into possession of DOI pursuant to insurer receivership proceedings from inspection or disclosure as public records in order to protect privacy interests of insureds; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Creates 631.195.
