GENERAL BILL by Wiles ; Ball ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Spratt ; Sobel
Prison Releasee Reoffender; redefines term "prison releasee reoffender" to include defendant who commits certain felonies within specified period after being released from correctional institution outside state or while escaped from correctional institution outside state; provides requirements for sentencing defendant if state attorney proves by preponderance of evidence that defendant is prison releasee reoffender. Amends 775.082.
