Schools/Technical Programs; provides legislative intent for certain technical programs within comprehensive programs of study in high schools; provides for programs to be certified or endorsed by industry; provides for certain required courses & activities; authorizes certification or endorsement & funding; requires certain schools to be selected as pilot projects; provides for certain professional-development activities, etc. Amends Chs. 228, 229, 239, 236.
