GENERAL BILL by Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Peaden

Health Insurance; provides for payments of benefits under multiple health insurance policies regardless of certain timeframes; defines term "clean claim" for purposes of health insurance claims made by provider under contract with health insurer; defines term "emergency medical condition"; prohibits health insurer from placing certain requirements or limits on provision of emergency services, etc. Amends Chs. 627, 641, 408.
