FRS/Medicaid Fraud Control Unit; transfers positions in Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. to Career Service System; eliminates provision that makes investigators of said unit ineligible for membership in Special Risk Class of system. Amends 409.9205.
