CS/CS/HB 1509: Student Financial Assistance

GENERAL BILL by Council for Lifelong Learning ; Colleges & Universities ; Diaz-Balart ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Atwater ; Wiles ; Lynn ; Murman

Student Financial Assistance; provides for loan repayments under Critical Teacher Shortage Student Loan Forgiveness Program directly to teacher under certain circumstances; increases percentage of funds from financial aid fee to be used for need-based financial aid; revises general student eligibility requirements for Fla. Bright Futures Scholarship Program, etc. Amends Ch. 240, 231.621, 295.02.
