GENERAL BILL by Frankel
Florida Election Code; modifies definitions of "political committee" & "communications media"; requires political committee or political party to report expenditures made for obtaining time, space, or services in or by any communications medium for purpose of jointly endorsing three or more candidates; requires additional information for certification of committees of continuous existence; revises reporting periods & requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 106, 105.08.
Effective Date: 10/01/2001 except as otherwise provided
