Moses General Miles Act; creates said act; authorizes Institute on Urban Policy & Commerce at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University to develop grant program for pilot projects in assisted living facility long-term care for elderly persons in urban distressed communities; provides for eligibility & priority for funding; creates review panel to evaluate proposed pilot projects; directs institute to provide program technical assistance support, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,500,000.
