GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer

Public Records/Agency/Contracting; provides exemption from public records requirements for records created or acquired by agency or its employees for purpose of contracting for service, & for records created or acquired by another agency for purpose of delivering such service, for specified period of time; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
