Public Records/Economic Development; expands definition of term "economic development agency" to include, for purposes of confidentiality of records, Fla. Commercial Space Financing Corporation & any public economic development agency of county or municipality; extends scheduled repeal of public records exemption for information concerning business location, relocation, or expansion plans, etc. Amends 288.075.
