Rehabilitation of Contaminated Sites; clarifies who may apply for contaminated site tax credits; allows taxpayers to claim credit on consolidated return up to amount of consolidated group's tax liability; extends application of risk-based corrective action principles to all contaminated sites resulting from discharge of pollutants or hazardous substances; clarifies who may apply for contaminated site tax credits, etc. Amends 199.1055, 220.1845, 376.30781; creates 376.30701.
