SB 1570: Interscholastic Athletics
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Interscholastic Athletics; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1442,1570) deletes requirements for certain bylaws of Fla. High School Activities Association; requires organization to adopt bylaws that require students participating in high school athletic competition or who are candidates for high school athletic team to satisfactorily pass medical evaluation prior to participating in athletic competition or engaging in practice with athletic team, etc. Amends 232.61.
