Interscholastic Athletics; requires Fla. High School Activities Association to adopt bylaws which require students participating in interscholastic athletic competition or who are candidates for interscholastic athletic team to satisfactorily pass medical evaluation prior to participating in said competition or engaging in practice with interscholastic athletic team; provides requirements re such evaluation. Amends 232.61.
